These terms and conditions govern your use of the Aureco website and your purchase of products from Aureco Ltd ("Aureco", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our shipping page for full delivery information.
You may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom institutional orders are exempt unless faulty. See our returns page for the full policy.
Custom orders are produced to your specifications and are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect. A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom orders exceeding 50 units. Full payment is due before production commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All content on the Aureco website, including images, text, logos, and design, is the property of Aureco Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
The gothic Aureco wordmark is a registered trademark. Use of the mark without authorisation is prohibited.
Aureco's liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our products or website.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
