We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Custom institutional orders are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Contact hello@aureco.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return label.
Return the item in its original packaging, unworn, with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
Use the prepaid return label we send you. Drop it at any Royal Mail collection point. Keep your receipt as proof of postage.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If you need a different size, email us at hello@aureco.co.uk. We'll reserve the replacement size and dispatch it as soon as we receive your return. Subject to availability.
In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please email us with photos of the defect within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement immediately — no questions asked.
Custom orders: Institutional and custom-branded orders are not eligible for return unless the item is faulty. If you receive a custom order with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days.
