Sizing
guide.

Aureco compression garments are cut to performance specifications — they're designed to fit close to the body. If you're between sizes, size up.

How to measure

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal. Breathe normally — don't hold your breath.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — typically the narrowest part of your torso, just above the hip bone.

Hip

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape horizontal. Important for shorts and lower body fit.

Compression fit: All compression garments will feel tighter than regular sportswear. This is by design — the compression gradient is built into the fabric. The garment should feel snug but not uncomfortable. If you find it restricts breathing, size up.
